Madelyn Baddeley is an HR Recruiter at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for hiring qualified candidates for the Behavioral Therapist position. Madelyn also assists in providing administrative support and front desk coverage. She has experience overseeing, hiring and training staff in her previous management position. Her goal is to expand and refine her recruitment skills by utilizing the support of her colleagues and the company’s growth opportunities. 

Madelyn has credits towards completing a Psychology degree from Grand Canyon University. In her free time she loves to listen to live music, workout and watch rugby games.

 

 

Harvie
Grijalva

Harvie is a HR Recruiter at Creative Solutions for Hope, where he is responsible for hiring qualified candidates for the Behavior Therapists role, ensuring alignment with company values and goals, while also supporting new hires transition smoothly into their new roles. Harvie has experience as a Behavior Therapist and Human Resources Generalist, he uses this experience to assess candidates, identifying individuals who not only possess the necessary skills and qualities but also exhibit the compassion required to succeed in their role.

Harvie graduated from California State University, Long Beach with his BA In Psychology and a minor in Sociology. He is deeply committed to supporting individuals in marginalized communities, striving to ensure they receive both equality and equity across all aspects of life. During his free time, he likes trying new food locations and playing board games with his family.

Marilyn Neil

Marilyn is a dedicated HR recruiter for Creative solutions for Hope, where she plays a key role in sourcing and hiring qualified candidates for the Behavior Therapist position. She is committed to identifying individuals who are not only skilled but also deeply passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children. In addition to her recruitment responsibilities, Marilyn provides administrative support, including front desk coverage and guiding new hires through a smooth and supportive onboarding process. Her attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence help ensure a positive and professional experience for both candidates and staff. Outside of work, Marilyn enjoys reading, crocheting, and spending quality time with her friends and family. 

Taylor Nicholas

Regional Recruiter | Orange County

Taylor Nicholas is the Regional Recruiter at Creative Solutions for Hope, where she is dedicated to identifying top-quality candidates at all levels to fill various roles within the company. Taylor is passionate about connecting with individuals who share a deep commitment to CSH’s mission and values, and she thrives on giving passionate people the opportunity to grow and launch their careers.

Taylor holds a double major in Psychology and Criminal Justice from California State University, Fullerton. From an early age, she has been fascinated by human behavior and how environmental factors shape personal development. This interest evolved into a deeper exploration of the psychology of law, where she gained insight into how laws are created and applied. Taylor’s unique understanding of balancing empathy with respect for legal frameworks makes her an ideal fit for recruitment. Her ability to approach candidates with both compassion and discernment ensures that she identifies individuals who not only align with CSH’s values but also have the skills and drive to thrive in the roles they take on. Her commitment to understanding people’s needs and potential, while respecting established frameworks, ensures that she helps build strong, cohesive teams that are both effective and compassionate.

Kelly Pastor

Kelly Pastor is a HR Recruiter at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for hiring qualified candidates for the Behavioral Therapist position and ensuring a smooth transition into their new therapist role. Kelly also provides administrative support, including front desk coverage during morning hours. She has experience in hiring, counseling, and providing great customer experience. Her goal is to grow within the HR department and support the team with onboardings, trainings, and developing new behavioral therapists.

Kelly graduated from California State University of Fullerton and received her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in sociology. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in social work. During her free time, she likes to explore museums, aquariums, and new restaurants.
