Randi Ann Ethridge, M.S., BCBA

Executive Director | Orange County and San Diego

Randi Ann Ethridge is the Executive Director of Orange County and San Diego Regions at Creative Solutions for hope. She has been responsible for overseeing our early intervention programs, in addition to supervising teams of fellow Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians, senior and entering Behavior interventionists. Randi Ann shares her passion for this field by encouraging ongoing growth for all levels of management and supervision, mentoring for training new hires as well as mentorship for leading teams.  Randi Ann Graduated in 2003 from Cal State Long Beach, with dual credentials for teaching in both the general education and special education classrooms. Randi Ann carries a Master’s in Education, and is a certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Randi Ann has been in this field for over 22 plus years, and hopes to continue to excite incoming staff, educate on the field as a whole, and motivate staff and family to maintain and keep the hope strong for their better tomorrow. When away from CSH, she enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her encouraging husband, smart/sassy daughter, and loving parents.

Candice Ochoa, M.S., BCBA

Clinical Director | Los Angeles

Candice Ochoa is a Clinical Director at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for developing and implementing behavior intervention programs, writing reports, and supervising and supporting staff. Candice served as a Clinical Supervisor in the school settings for children who met eligibility for Autism, emotional disturbance, learning disability, and intellectual delay for 7 years. Candice began working in the home setting in September 2016 and has gained valuable experience working in the home setting. Candice graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Social Behavior in 2008. In 2013, she earned her Master of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University. Candice finished her BCBA coursework at the Florida Institute of Technology in March 2017 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in May 2017. During her free time, she enjoys hiking and working out.

William Chong, M.Ed., BCBA​

Clinical Director | San Francisco

William Chong is the San Francisco Director of Clinical Services at Creative Solutions for Hope. He has provided services for children and families diagnosed with Autism and other related disorders for 16 years. William has been working at CSH for over 10 years. He is responsible for creating, developing, and overseeing our clinical and administrative departments. William has experience in establishing and implementing behavioral intervention programs, 1:1 therapy, parent training, and consultations. William has 6 years of experience in working with the Early Start Intervention Program. He has received comprehensive training in the principles of behavior analysis and various methodologies that include Discrete Trial Training, Verbal Behavior, and Pivotal Response Training and various technologies of ABA. William graduated from University of California, Irvine with his BA in Psychology. He obtained his Master’s of Education from the University of Cincinnati in May 2015. William currently is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). During William’s free time, he enjoys playing basketball, volleyball, and spending time with his family.

Randi Ann Ethridge is the Early Intervention Director here at Creative Solutions for hope. She has been with CSH for 2 years. She is responsible for overseeing our early intervention programs, in addition to supervising teams of fellow Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians, senior and entering Behavior interventionists. Randi Ann brings her passion for this field in teaching the New Hire and RBT workshops, hoping to share her love of this work and educating them on various ABA teaching methodologies and terminology. Randi Ann Graduated in 2003 from Cal State Long Beach, with dual credentials for teaching in both the general education and special education classrooms. Randi Ann carries a master’s in education, and is a certified behavior analyst (BCBA).Randi Ann has been in this field for over 15 years, and hopes to continue to excite incoming staff, educate on early intervention and motivate clients, and teams to keep the hope alive and strong for their better tomorrow. When away from CSH, she enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband and daughter.

Sarah Wheeler-Torres, M.S., BCBA

Executive Director | Inland Empire and Los Angeles County

Sarah Wheeler-Torres is an Executive Director at Creative Solutions for Hope (CSH). Sarah has been working for CSH since 2008, providing services for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other related developmental disabilities. She is responsible for overseeing and developing our clinical and administrative departments through evaluations, supervision, and training. She has experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention programs, conducting functional behavior assessments, providing 1:1 therapy and parent training and consultations, as well as overseeing staff training and support. She has received comprehensive training in the principles of behavior analysis and various methodologies such as Verbal behavior, Discrete Trial Training, Pivotal Response Training, Functional Communication Training, and Natural Environment Teaching. Sarah graduated in 2008 from the University of California, Riverside with her BA in Psychology. In 2016, she obtained her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and, in the same year, became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
