Bailey Bettencourt, M.S., BCBA

Clinical Supervisor | Los Angeles

Bailey Bettencourt is a Clinical Supervisor at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for providing services for children and families diagnosed with Autism and other related disorders. She is responsible for overseeing and developing client’s treatment plans. She has experience developing and implementing behavior support plans, 1:1 therapy, parent training, consultations, Functional Behavior Assessments, and company wide staff training and support. She has received training in the principles of behavior analysis and various methodologies such as: Verbal Behavior, Discrete Trial Training, Functional Communication Training, Natural Environment Teaching, and many more.

Bailey graduated in 2020 from San Diego State University with her BS in Speech Language and Hearing Science. In 2022, she obtained her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism from National University and eventually obtaining her BCBA credentialing in 2024. During her free time, she likes to go yoga sculpt classes and read as much as she can.

Rita Caballero, M.S., BCBA

Clinical Supervisor | Orange County

Rita is a Clinical Supervisor at Creative Solutions for Hope. She joined CSH in 2022 as a case manager. She became a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst in 2024. She is responsible for overseeing and developing treatment plans for the clients and behavioral therapists in OC. Rita has experience in working with individuals from a wide range of ages in the home, community, and clinic setting. She also has experience in utilizing different functional communication methos such as augmentative devices and PECS. During her free time, Rita enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching the new trending Netflix shows, and trying out new brunch spots.

Cody Graham, M.Ed., BCBA

Senior Clinical Supervisor | San Diego

Cody Graham is a Clinical Supervisor at Creative Solutions for Hope. He is responsible for overseeing and developing treatment plans for the clients and behavioral therapists in the San Diego region. He has experience in developing and implementing behavioral intervention programs, 1:1 therapy, parent training and consultations, as well as staff training and support. Cody also does functional behavior assessments and is responsible for administering a variety of developmental assessments. He has extensive experience in behavior management, functional communication training, as well as teaching life-skills to individuals with developmental disorders of varying ages. His main goal in ABA is to create lasting and meaningful change in the lives of the families that he works with by implementing highly individualized treatment packages wherein the families priorities and concerns are heard and addressed. Cody graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2012 and received his B.A. in psychology with a minor in anthropology. He also received a M.Ed., with an emphasis is ABA instruction and curriculum from Arizona State University in 2017. In 2019, Cody earned his BCBA credentialing. During his free time, he likes to play sports, and enjoy the outdoors with his family and dog Cali.

Jamaila Ngo, M.S., BCBA

Clinical Supervisor | San Francisco

Jamaila (Jam) is a Case Supervisor at Creative Solutions for Hope. She provides services for children diagnosed with autism. While Jam has had experience working with a wide range of individuals, early intervention is something she feels especially passionate about. Previously a preschool teacher, Jam always found joy in being a part of such a joyous phase in life. Jam has participated in the development of a research poster on the use of behavior skills training with new therapist. She has also applied similar strategies when working with families who are trying to learn behavior strategies. As a behaviorist, Jam strives to help guide her learners towards independence through the development of a trusting and respectful relationship.

Jam graduated in 2017 from the University of California, San Diego with her B.S. in Human Development. In 2021, she obtained her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University and earned her BCBA License. Outside of work, Jam enjoys learning new hobbies, going on hikes with her dog, and baking. Her current list of hobbies includes baking, crocheting, gardening, wood burning, and journaling.  

 

Jorge Herrera, M.S., BCBA

Clinical Supervisor | San Diego

Jorge Herrera is a Clinical Supervisor at Creative Solutions for Hope. He started as a Registered Behavior Technician in 2020, wanting to start a career in a field of psychology and was inspired to pursue a career in Applied Behavior Analysis. Jorge is responsible for addressing clients’ care by assessing treatment needs, developing and evaluating treatment plans, monitoring client progress, conducting parent consultations, and monitoring staff performance. Jorge has experience working with individuals ranging from ages 3-21 years old in home, community, and clinic settings. He graduated in 2016 from California State University San Marcos with a Bachelors in Psychology. Jorge also received a Master’s degree in Psychology from National University in 2019 and completed a graduate level certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology in 2023. Jorge then went on to earn his BCBA credentialing in 2024. In his free time, Jorge enjoys heavy weight training, playing video games, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending time with his wife and family.

Kinsey Varner, M.S., BCBA

Senior Clinical Supervisor | Orange County

Kinsey is a Clinical Supervisor and the Social Skills Group Leader at Creative Solutions for Hope. She has been with CSH since 2015. She is responsible for providing oversight on cases and to therapists as well as designing and implementing interventions and programs. Kinsey is also the social skills leader and is responsible for creating and developing the curriculum for all of the Social Skills Groups as well as leading some of the SSG groups. She has experience with the use of speech generated devices, promoting social skills as well as training staff. Kinsey graduated from National University with her Master’s in Applied Behavioral Analysis in May of 2018, and earned her BCBA credentialing in December 2018. During her free time, she likes to do yoga and spend time with her friends and family.

Kirstie Gillespie, M.S., BCBA

Senior Clinical Supervisor | San Diego

Kirstie Gillespie is a Senior Clinical Supervisor in the Orange County region. She started working at Creative Solutions for Hope in 2016 and is responsible for directly overseeing clinical supervisors and case managers. She completes and provides oversight for completion of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), progress reports, behavior intervention plans, and service titration planning. She is responsible for training incoming senior therapists, case managers, and supervisors. Kirstie holds a bachelors degree in behavioral sciences with a specialization in childhood obesity, a masters degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA), and is currently completing a doctorate program in psychology, specializing in the treatment of co-occurring behavior disorders with presence of aggression, property destruction, and/or self-injurious behaviors. She has been a practicing board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) since 2018. Prior to working at CSH, Kirstie worked in an integrated healthcare system, working with patients suffering from Stroke and other neurological disorders, then later managing the Hospital’s Strategic Operations Center (SOC). Kirstie utilizes her education and experience in neuroscience and background in lean, supportive management systems as a staple in every team she is part of. In her free time, Kirstie enjoys snowboarding, playing with her dog, and drinking coffee.

Megan De Leon, M.S., BCBA

Clinical Supervisor | Orange County

Megan is a Clinical Supervisor at Creative Solutions for Hope. She joined the CSH family in 2019. She is responsible for providing support to behavior therapists, case managers, and parents/caregivers. She also designs and implements individualized behavior intervention plans and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. She has experience in working with individuals from a wide range of ages in the home, community, and clinic setting. She has experience with implementing ABA strategies, including Discrete Trial Teaching, Naturalistic Teaching, Functional Communication Training, and Chaining Procedures. Megan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a minor in Human Services in 2019 and received her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2022. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in September 2022. During her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with family, trying new coffee shops, and working on DIY crafts.

Stefanie Levy, M.S., BCBA

Clinical Supervisor | Orange County

Stefanie Levy is a Senior Clinical Supervisor at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for overseeing BCBAs, case managers, and therapists (including Registered Behavior Technicians [RBT’s]) as well as clientele. Stefanie also heads the assessment department for the Inland Empire region. She has experience with program development, creation and implementation of behavior intervention plans, 1:1 therapy, parent training and consultations. Stefanie also has a comprehensive training in the principle of behavior analysis and various methodologies such as: Verbal Behavior, Discrete Trial Training, Functional Communication Training, and Pivotal Response Training. Stefanie graduated from California State University, Fullerton and received her bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies. She also has her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). During Stefanie’s free time, she likes to cook, workout, as well as spend time with her friends and family.

Taunishia Cruz, M.S., BCBA

Clinical Supervisor | Los Angeles

Taunishia Cruz is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
(BCBA) with expertise in helping individuals with physical and developmental disabilities develop essential life skills.

Taunishia leverages her knowledge and experience to teach functional communication, develop appropriate replacement behaviors for maladaptive behaviors, promote social skill development, improve self-help and daily living skills, and build skills required for learning. With more than a decade of experience in the field of education and work within the Special Needs community, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our Team and families, alike.

Toan Nguyen, M.A., BCBA

Clinical Supervisor | Orange County

Toan Nguyen is a clinical supervisor at Creative Solutions for Hope. He is responsible for developing programs for each client and overseeing and evaluating treatment plans and progress. Toan also does parent training and supports staff. He has experience in establishing treatment programs and 1:1 therapy. His goals are to continuously improve with feedback.

Toan graduated from CSULB with a BA in biology and from FIT with an MA in behavior analysis. He obtained his BCBA credentialing in August 2023. During free time, he likes to play video games and cook. 

Chiamaka Oranuba, M.S., BCBA

Clinical Supervisor | Orange County

Chiamaka is a Clinical Supervisor at Creative Solutions for Hope. She joined the CSH family in 2018. She is responsible for providing support to behavior therapists, case managers, and parents/caregivers in San Francisco region. She designs and implements behavioral intervention programs and conducts various developmental assessments such as Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), ABAS-3, Vineland etc. Her main goal in ABA is to ensure her clients’ needs are met by creating long lasting changes through the implementation of ABA strategies that is unique to each individual client. She has experience with implementing ABA strategies, including Discrete Trial Teaching, Naturalistic Teaching, Functional Communication Training, and Chaining Procedures.

 

Chiamaka graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology & Social Behavior from University of California, Irvine and received her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2020. She became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in December 2023. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family traveling and trying out new dishes.
