Kinsey
Varner, M.S., BCBA

Senior Clinical Supervisor | Orange County​

Kinsey is a Clinical Supervisor and the Social Skills Group Leader at Creative Solutions for Hope. She has been with CSH since 2015. She is responsible for providing oversight on cases and to therapists as well as designing and implementing interventions and programs. Kinsey is also the social skills leader and is responsible for creating and developing the curriculum for all of the Social Skills Groups as well as leading some of the SSG groups. She has experience with the use of speech generated devices, promoting social skills as well as training staff. Kinsey graduated from National University with her Master’s in Applied Behavioral Analysis in May of 2018, and earned her BCBA credentialing in December 2018. During her free time, she likes to do yoga and with her friends and family.

Kirstie Gillespie, M.S., BCBA​

Senior Clinical Supervisor | Orange County​

Kirstie Gillespie is a Senior Clinical Supervisor in the Orange County region. She started working at Creative Solutions for Hope in 2016 and is responsible for directly overseeing clinical supervisors and case managers. She completes and provides oversight for completion of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), progress reports, behavior intervention plans, and service titration planning. She is responsible for training incoming senior therapists, case managers, and supervisors. Kirstie holds a bachelors degree in behavioral sciences with a specialization in childhood obesity, a masters degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA), and is currently completing a doctorate program in psychology, specializing in the treatment of co-occurring behavior disorders with presence of aggression, property destruction, and/or self-injurious behaviors. She has been a practicing board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) since 2018. Prior to working at CSH, Kirstie worked in an integrated healthcare system, working with patients suffering from Stroke and other neurological disorders, then later managing the Hospital’s Strategic Operations Center (SOC). Kirstie utilizes her education and experience in neuroscience and background in lean, supportive management systems as a staple in every team she is part of. In her free time, Kirstie enjoys snowboarding, playing with her dog, and drinking coffee.

Katelynn Richmond, M.S., BCBA

Katelynn Richmond is a clinical supervisor at Creative Solutions for Hope. She has been with the CSH family since 2015. She is responsible for providing support to behavior therapists, case managers, and parents/caregivers, in addition to designing and implementing individualized behavior intervention programs for clients. She has experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities with a wide range of ages in the home, community, and school settings. Throughout her time at CSH, she gained experience in implementing principle ABA methodologies, including Discrete Trial Training, Functional Communication Training, and Pivotal Response Training. She is passionate about ensuring that her interventions have a positive impact on her clients’ lives and their families. Katelynn graduated with her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine in 2015 and received her Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University in 2021. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in June 2021. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, and collecting antique tea cups.  

Corrine Blaine, M.S., CCC-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist | Orange County

Corrine Blaine is a Speech & Language Pathologist at Creative Solutions for Hope. Corrine provides services for children and families diagnosed speech and language delays, Autism, and other related diagnosis. She is responsible for overseeing and developing our speech and language services through evaluations and treatment. She has experience in developing and implementing speech and language programs for early intervention. She believes in a child-led approach to therapy and creating a safe and comfortable environment for language to grow. Corrine graduated in 2015 from Chapman University with a BA in Psychology as well as a BA in Education. In 2017, she obtained her Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders is from Arizona State University.

Megan Waintal, M.S., BCBA

Clinical Supervisor | Orange County

Megan is a Clinical Supervisor at Creative Solutions for Hope. She joined the CSH family in 2019. She is responsible for providing support to behavior therapists, case managers, and parents/caregivers. She also designs and implements individualized behavior intervention plans and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. She has experience in working with individuals from a wide range of ages in the home, community, and clinic setting. She has experience with implementing ABA strategies, including Discrete Trial Teaching, Naturalistic Teaching, Functional Communication Training, and Chaining Procedures. Megan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a minor in Human Services in 2019 and received her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2022. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in September 2022. During her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with family, trying new coffee shops, and working on DIY crafts.

Natalie Hirata, M.S., BCBA

Clinical Supervisor | Orange County

Natalie is a Clinical Supervisor at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, creating and overseeing implementation of goals, and supporting behavior therapists and families. Natalie has experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities providing early intervention and behavior therapy, developing behavior plans, parent consultations, and running social groups. Natalie received her bachelor’s in Communicative Disorders from Cal State Fullerton in 2017. She graduated with her master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University in 2019 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in August 2019. In her free time, Natalie enjoys gardening, going to concerts, and trying new tea places.

Jenny You is a Clinical Supervisor at Creative Solutions for Hope. Jenny is responsible for providing support to behavioral therapists, case managers, parents, and implementing behavior intervention plans. She has experience in Discrete Trial Training, Verbal behavior, Pivotal Response Training, and Functional Communication Training. Jenny is passionate about all things therapy, and that it gives opportunities to thrive in life with just a little help and perspective. She values when individuals allow her into their world, and with that understanding, collaborating with compassion, fun, and learning! Jenny graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor’s of Arts in the field of Communicative Disorders. She received her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis at National University in 2019, and obtained her BCBA in 2020. During her free time, she enjoys being active, working out, running, and playing sports.

She has experience with program development, creation and implementation of behavior intervention plans, 1:1 therapy, parent training and consultations. Stefanie also has a comprehensive training in the principle of behavior analysis and various methodologies such as: Verbal Behavior, Discrete Trial Training, Functional Communication Training, and Pivotal Response Training. Stefanie graduated from California State University, Fullerton and received her bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies. She also has her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Deborah Ducharme, M.S., BCBA

Deborah “Debbi” Ducharme is a Senior Clinical Supervisor at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for support to direct therapy, staff oversight, program development, creation and implementation of behavior intervention plans, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to clients and families with developmental disabilities, learning disabilities and related behavior disorders. In addition, she has experience in Verbal Behavior, Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Pivotal Response Training (PRT), Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), and training staff and families. Debbi graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and received her master’s in clinical health psychology in 2010. She later attended Florida Institute in Technology and completed her ABA certificate in 2016. She has been working in the field since 2007, Licensed as a Behavior Specialist as of 2014 and received her BCBA as of 2018. During free time, she enjoys cooking and running.

Kirby Siemens is Clinical Supervisor at Creative Solutions for Hope. He is responsible for overseeing and developing treatment plans for the clients and behavioral therapists in the San Diego region. He has received comprehensive training in the principles of behavior analysis and various methodologies such as: Self-management plans, Verbal behavior, Proact, de-escalation techniques, aqua therapy, social skills, and community-based interactions. Kirby Siemens graduated from Arizona State University and received his MA.Ed in ABA Instruction and Curriculum. Kirby also got his BA in Cognitive Studies from Ashford University. Kirby is now a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA. During free time, he likes to surf, camp, and hang with his wife, dog, and friends.

Cody Graham, M.Ed., BCBA

Clinical Supervisor | San Diego

Cody Graham is a Clinical Supervisor at Creative Solutions for Hope. He is responsible for overseeing and developing treatment plans for the clients and behavioral therapists in the San Diego region. He has experience in developing and implementing behavioral intervention programs, 1:1 therapy, parent training and consultations, staff training and support. Cody also does functional behavior assessments and is responsible for administering a variety of developmental assessments. He has extensive experience in behavior management, functional communication training, as well as teaching life-skills to individuals with developmental disorders of varying ages. His main goal in ABA is to create lasting and meaningful change in the lives of the families that he works with by implementing highly individualized treatment packages wherein the families priorities and concerns are heard and addressed. Cody graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2012 and received his B.A. in psychology with a minor in anthropology. He also received a M.Ed., with an emphasis is ABA instruction and curriculum from Arizona State University in 2017. In 2019, Cody earned his BCBA credentialing. During his free time, he likes to play sports, and enjoy the outdoors with his family and dog Cali.

Erica Pueblos, M.S., OTR/L

Occupational Therapist | Orange County

Erica Pueblos is an Occupational Therapist at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for conducting individual occupational therapy consultations and evaluations as part of the Early Intervention team. Erica also provides occupational therapy treatment sessions to address developmental milestones, which includes creating client and family-centered goals, implement appropriate interventions, and provide parent/caregiver education. She has experience working with individuals across the lifespan in a variety of settings – community-based, outpatient, private practice. Erica graduated from California State University Long Beach in 2013 and received her Bachelor’s in Human Development. She graduated from Stanbridge University in 2019 where she received her Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy. Additionally, she has a certificate as an Adaptive Special Needs Trainer, Special Needs Group Instructor, and Special Needs Nutrition Coach. During her free time, she coaches for Special Olympics Southern California (Lakewood), goes to the gym, attends Dodger games, and enjoys stand-up paddle boarding.

Virginia Edwards, M.S., BCBA

Virginia Edwards is a Clinical Supervisor at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for providing BCBA oversight and case management, designing programming, conducting Parent Consultations, and providing staff support. Virginia works closely with case managers to ensure effective and efficient success of our clients and their families. She has experience in developing and implementing behavioral intervention programs, 1:1 therapy, and Parent Consultation and Training. She has received comprehensive training in the principles of behavior analysis and various methodologies such as verbal behavior, discrete trial training, functional communication, living skills, behavior skills training, in addition to various technologies utilized in Applied Behavior Analysis. Virginia hopes to create opportunities for ABA to be shared with all members of our community; neurotypical and neurodivergent alike. 

Virginia graduated from California State University San Bernardino and received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology on 2016. She earned her Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2020 and earned her BCBA credentials the following year in 2021. During her free time, she likes to paint and engage in various crafting activities ranging from scrapbooking to resin crafts.

Sharjina Zahur is Clinical Supervisor at Creative Solutions

and other developmental disabilities. Sharjina also does parent consultation and training, helping parents implement ABA strategies in the home. She has
experience in Functional Communication Training, building social skills, and Discrete Trail Training. Sharjina graduated from University of California, Irvine with
her bachelor’s in public health in 2017, and The Chicago School of Professional Psychology with her M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2020. She earned her

Rachel Nemeth, M.S., BCBA

Rachel Nemeth is a Clinical Supervisor at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for overseeing and providing support to direct service implementation and creation, program development, creation and implementation of behavior support plans, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, providing parent/caregiver training, and facilitating new hire training. She also has experience creating and facilitating art social skills groups and one to one art classes for individuals with developmental disabilities. Rachel has been in the field of ABA for 5 years and is passionate about working with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. She is inspired by those she encounters and strives to create an interactive and engaging environment for all. Rachel graduated from University of California, Riverside with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She received her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Education at National University in 2019 and obtained her BCBA in 2020. During her free time, she loves to paint, going on hikes, and being active with her dog.
