Gloria Thein is Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. Gloria has been working for CSH for 2 years, providing services for children and families diagnosed with Autism and other related disorders. She is responsible for overseeing and developing our clinical departments through evaluations and supervision. She has experience in one-to-one therapy and educating parents through parent consultation in the home, school, and community settings, supporting staffs, developing and implementing behavior intervention programs, conducting assessments, and report writing. She has received comprehensive training in the principles of behavior analysis and various methodologies such as: Verbal Behavior (VB), Pivotal Response Training (PRT), Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Functional Communication Training (FCT), Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), and various technologies of ABA, such as: prompting, fading, task analysis, chaining, shaping, and generalization.
Gloria graduated in 2012 from the University of California Riverside with her BA in Socioloyy. In 2017, she obtained her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University. During her free time, she likes to travel and spend time with her nephews and dog.
Staci Lightfoot is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. Staci has been working for CSH for almost a year, providing services for children and families diagnosed with Autism and other related disorders, developing programming, and overseeing staff development and implementation of programs. She has experience in providing parent training, 1:1 intervention, and creating behavior support plans and programs customized for each individual she works with.
Stephanie Hodge is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope (CSH). Stephanie has been with CSH for almost a year. Stephanie is responsible for working directly with clients providing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy. She also works with Behavior Therapist as a mentor and is responsible for case management, consultation, report writing, and other duties. Stephanie has been working in the field of ABA since 2012. She has conducted Parent Education Classes, is a certified Training Technician for Safety Care (Behavioral Safety Training) and has hosted social groups for various ages. In June 2014, she completed a Master of Arts in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling and passed the necessary examination to obtain her certification as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. Additionally, she completed coursework for a second master’s in public administration. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog Mango.
Crystal Erwin is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. Crystal is responsible for accomplishing clients’ care by assessing treatment needs, developing, monitoring and evaluating treatment plans and reporting on their progress. Aside from monitoring clients’ health and services, she also monitors and coaches direct staff performance. Crystal has experience in establishing treatment programs, 1:1 therapy, supervising and is well trained in various methodologies of behavior analysis. Crystal is dedicted to provide the best resources for her clients and their families.
Crystal graduated from the University of Notre Dame with her Bachelor’s in Sociology then completed her Master’s degree and BCBA Graduate certificate. She is currently studying to become BCBA certified. During Crystal’s free time, she enjoys being with her children and lounging her home.
Carlos Gavino is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. Carlos is responsible for accomplishing clients’ care by assessing treatment needs, developing, monitoring and evaluating treatment plans and progress. Aside from monitoring clients’ health and services, he also monitors staff performance. Carlos has experience in establishing treatment programs, 1:1 therapy, and is well trained in providing parent training with varies behavioral techniques. Carlos is dedicated in providing the best resources for his clients and see grand results for them and their families.
Carlos graduated from California State University Stanislaus with his Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and then pursued his Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism. He is currently working toward becoming BCBA certified. During Carlos free time, he enjoys playing soccer and watching basketball.
