Amanda Moon, M.S.

Case Manager | Orange County

Amanda Moon is case manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. Amanda provides services for children diagnosed with autism and other related disorders. She is responsible for collaborating with therapists, parents, and BCBA’s to ensure the most effective treatment for her clients. She has experience developing and implementing 1:1 therapy, parent consultations and therapists training. Amanda has over 15 years experience working with children and 6 years working in the field of ABA.

 

Amanda graduated in 2007 from California Polytechnic University with her BA in psychology. In 2022, she completed her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University and is preparing for the BCBA exam. When she isn’t working with children you can find her horseback riding or learning about quantum physics.

Rita Caballero, M.S.

Case Manager | Orange County

Rita Caballero is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. She started in the field in 2018, and obtained her masters of science in applied behavior analysis (ABA) in 2020. She has experience working with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and picture exchange communication systems (PECS). She has worked with a wide range of ages from one year through adulthood. Her current role is in providing direct training to therapists, implementing and training others to implement behavior reduction plans, and providing parent consultation. She works closely with her BCBA supervisors to make modifications to treatment plans and is currently pursing her goal of becoming a BCBA.

Chiamaka Oranuba M.S.

Case Manager | Orange County

Chiamaka Oranuba is a case manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. She has been working at CSH since 2018. Chiamaka started as a new therapist working in the field of ABA and has now grown at CSH into her current management role. She is responsible for training and providing support to therapists as well as conducting parent consultation. Chiamaka has gained experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities in the home and clinic setting since joining CSH. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from University of California, Irvine in 2015 and completed a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University in 2020. During her free time, Chiamaka likes to cook and spend time with her family.

Stephanie Hodge, M.A., CRC​

Case Manager | Inland Empire

Stephanie Hodge is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope (CSH). Working in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) since 2012, Stephanie has been with CSH for more than 5 years. Her responsibilities as a Case Manager include report, writing, consultation, working directly with clients to provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy and mentoring Behavior Therapists. Additionally, Stephanie has conducted Parent Education Classes, is a certified Training Technician for Safety Care (Behavioral Safety Training) and has hosted social groups for various ages. In June 2014, she completed a Master of Arts in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling and passed the necessary examination to obtain her certification as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. Additionally, she completed coursework for a second master’s in public administration and is currently pursuing board certification in the ABA field. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, friends, and her dog, Mango.

Staci Fernandez, M.A., QASP

Case Manager | Inland Empire

Staci Fernandez is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. She has been working for CSH for over five years, providing services for children and families diagnosed with Autism and other related disorders, developing programming, and overseeing staff development and implementation of programs. She has experience in providing parent training, 1:1 intervention, and creating behavior support plans and programs customized for each individual she works with.

Ronald Godoy, M.S.​

Case Manager | Los Angeles​

Ronald Godoy is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. He is responsible for accomplishing clients’ care by assessing treatment needs, developing, monitoring, and evaluating treatment plans and progress. Aside from monitoring clients’ health and services, he also monitors staff performance. Ronald has experience establishing treatment programs, 1:1 therapy, and is well trained in various methodologies of behavior analysis. Ronald is dedicated in providing the best resources and support in order to meet his client’s needs and see grand results for them and their families. Ronald graduated from CSUDH with his bachelor’s in Psychology then pursued his Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. He is currently working towards becoming BCBA certified. During Ronald’s free time, he enjoys playing piano and going on hikes with his family.

Genesis Perez, M.S., QASP

Case Manager | San Diego

Genesis Perez is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for overseeing and developing our clinical departments through evaluations and supervision. She has experience in developing and implementing behavioral intervention programs, 1:1 therapy, parent training, consultation, and company-wide staff training and support. Genesis also does reports and translates in Spanish to the parents and coworkers. She has experience in project impact and has received her International Association of Healthcare Professionals in 2021. Her goal is to help as many families as possible and be able to train parents so they can independently run the ABA session. Genesis graduated in 2017 from the San Diego State University with her BA in Psychology. In 2019, she obtained her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University. In 2021, she also earned her QASP. 

Naomi Kim, M.S.

Case Manager | San Diego

Naomi Kim is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for addressing clients’ care by assessing treatment needs, developing, and evaluating treatment plans, and monitoring client progress. Naomi is also responsible for monitoring staff performance. Naomi has over 6 years of experience with applied behavior analysis, including establishing treatment programs, implementing 1:1 ABA therapy, leading social skills groups, training behavior therapists in the principles of ABA, and analyzing data trends. Naomi is dedicated to providing the best possible services for her clients and their families. Naomi Kim graduated from UCSB with her Bachelor’s in psychology and has an MS in Applied Behavior Analysis from Saint Cloud State University. She is currently working towards becoming BCBA certified. In Naomi’s free time, she enjoys reading and doing ballet.

Erika Mae Reyes, M.S.

Case Manager | San Diego

Erika Mae Reyes is a case manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. She has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2017. As a case manager, she is responsible for working directly with clients, customizing programs, and mentoring behavior therapists. She graduated from San Diego State University (SDSU) in May 2021 with a bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in child development. In August 2022, she obtained a master’s in special education with a concentration in applied behavior analysis at Arizona State University (ASU). Erica is committed to providing the highest quality of care using an advanced and thoughtful approach to all clients, parents, and professionals she engages with. She strives to make a meaningful and lasting change in her client’s lives.

Aaron Kash, M.S., RBT

Case Manager | San Diego

Aaron Kash is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. Aaron is responsible for accomplishing client care by assessing treatment needs, developing, monitoring, and evaluating treatment plans and progress. Aside from creating and evaluating treatment plans for clients, Aaron also monitors and evaluates staff performance, along with implementing 1:1 therapy. Aaron is dedicated to developing and implementing individually tailored treatment plans through direct observation. Aaron graduation from the University of California Riverside with a bachelors degree in psychology, before obtaining a masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He is currently working on obtaining a BCBA certification. In his spare time, Aaron enjoys fencing, is an avid reader, and novice writer.

Leticia Rosas Vera, M.S.​

Case Manager | Bay Area​

Leticia Rosas Vera is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. She joined CSH in February of 2020 and has been in the ABA field for 5 years. Leticia’s responsibilities include updating and modifying client programs, analyzing client data, conducting parent trainings and supervising behavior therapists. She has experience in working with children of all ages and hopes to continue working with families in her community. Leticia graduated from UC Merced and received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Cognitive Science. She later received her master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Touro University. Leticia is preparing to take her BCBA exam. During her free time, she enjoys hiking, baking, and spending time with her niece and nephew.

Bria Lee, M.A.

Case Manager | Inland Empire

Bria Lee is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. Bria works directly with children and families diagnosed with Autism and other related disorders. She is responsible for overseeing cases, providing support to families and direct care staff, in addition to updating programing. She has experience in 1:1 therapy, training direct staff, Parent Consultations, curriculum, and program stimuli development. She has received comprehensive training in the principles of applied behavior analysis and various methodologies such as: Discrete Trial Training, Functional Communication Training, and Pivotal Response Therapy. Bria graduated with her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley in 2010. Bria then graduated from Brandman University in 2018 and received her Master of Arts Degree in Special Education with and Emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. Bria is currently working towards becoming BCBA certified. During Bria’s free time she enjoys reading, traveling, creative writing, and spending time with her family.

Doris Dominguez, M.S.​

Doris Dominguez is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. Doris is responsible for accomplishing clients’ care by assessing treatment needs, developing, monitoring, and evaluating treatment plans and progress. Aside from monitoring clients’ health and services, she also monitors staff performance. Doris has experience in establishing treatment programs, 1:1 therapy, and is well trained in various methodologies of behavior analysis. Doris is dedicated to providing the best resources for her clients and see grand results for them and their families. Doris graduated from California State University, Dominguez Hills in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Cellular Molecular Biology and received her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis at National University in 2020. Doris has been working with CSH for over 2 years, starting off as a Behavior Therapist and working her way up to a Case Manager. She is currently working toward becoming BCBA certified. During her free time, she enjoys reading, painting, and traveling.

Stephanie Hodge is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope (CSH). Stephanie has been with CSH for almost a year. Stephanie is responsible for working directly with clients providing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy. She also works with Behavior Therapist as a mentor and is responsible for case management, consultation, report writing, and other duties. Stephanie has been working in the field of ABA since 2012. Virginia Edwards, M.A., QASP-S

Virginia Edwards is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. Virginia started with CSH as of November 2019. She is responsible for overseeing cases, providing support to families and direct care staff, in addition to updating programing. She has experience in Designing programing, 1:1 therapy, and Training direct staff. Virginia had received training in Verbal Behavior, Self-Management programs, Organizational Behavior Analysis, and Relational Frame theory through PEAK. Virginia graduated from California State University San Bernardino in 2016 and received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. She is also currently attending the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and finishing her studies to obtain a Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis. During free time, she likes to paint, craft, read, and dance.

Cynthia has experience in establishing treatment programs, 1:1 therapy, and is well trained various methodologies of behavior analysis. Cynthia is dedicated in providing the best resources for her clients and seeing positive change for them and their families. Cynthia graduated from CSUF with her Bachelor’s in Psychology and her Master’s degree at CSULB in Advanced Education and Psychology with in emphasis in Counseling. She is currently working toward becoming BCBA certified. During Cynthia’s free time, she enjoys going to the beach and surfing

Ariana Cifuentes-Lopez, M.S.

Ariana Cifuentes-Lopez is Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. Ariana is responsible for assessing treatment needs, monitoring, and evaluating treatment plans and progress. Also monitoring client’s health, services and monitors staff performance. Ariana has experience is establishing treatment plans and 1:1 therapy. Ariana’s goal is to provide resources to clients and Families and to make them succeed in their goals. Ariana graduate from Cal Poly Pomona in 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology. Ariana graduate from National University in 2018 in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is currently working towards her BCBA certification. During her free time, Ariana likes to go to hikes and spend time with her family and her two dogs.

Anton Motus, M.S.

Case Manager | Orange County​

Anton Motus is a Case Manager I at Creative Solutions for Hope. He is responsible for providing direct care/support to staff, overseeing client progress through monitoring programs and behaviors listed in treatment plan as well as assessing any needs clients might have. In addition, he is responsible for providing supports to family members through implementation of parent goals and addressing any needs or concerns they might have. Anton also monitors staff performance as well as providing 1:1 therapy for clients when needed. He has been in the field of ABA for 3 and a half years and has experience implementing programs and ensuring success of all (i.e. clients, families, and staff). Anton’s primary goal is to become a BCBA and believes he can achieve this through growing with Creative Solutions for Hope. Anton graduated from Cal State Long Beach in 2016 and received a B.A. in Sociology. He then attended National University and received his M.S. in ABA in 2021. He is currently accruing hours towards his BCBA certification. On his free time Anton loves to travel out of state, go to the beach, play sports, and now hang out with his new dog!

Lilia Hachim, M.S., BCBA

Lilia Hachim is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. Lilia is responsible for accomplishing clients’ care by assessing treatment needs, developing, monitoring and evaluating treatment plans and progress. Aside from monitoring clients’ health and services, she also monitors staff performance. Lilia has experience in proposing and revising goals, 1:1 therapy, progress report writing and more. Lilia is dedicated in providing the best resources for her clients and seeing socially significant goals/outcomes for them and their families. Lilia graduated from UCR with her Bachelor’s in Psychology then pursued her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and plans to pursue her PhD in Clinical Psychology in Fall 2021. She also plans to pursue her BCBA certification. During Lilia’s free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, eating, going to the beach, watching tv/films, and engaging in poetry writing/performance.
