Arielle Noss is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. Arielle is responsible for accomplishing clients’ care by assessing treatment needs, developing, monitoring and evaluating treatment plans and progress. Aside from monitoring clients’ health and services, she also monitors staff performance. She helps lead CSH’s monthly mentorship program that helps support staff from different regions, and giving staff the tools they need to be successful in the field. Arielle has experience in establishing treatment programs, 1:1 therapy, and is well trained various methodologies of behavior analysis. Arielle is dedicated in providing the best resources for her clients and see grand results for them and their families. Arielle graduated from CSUF with her Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Development, with a emphasis in family and community settings. She then pursued her Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis. She is currently working toward becoming BCBA certified. During Arielle’s free time, she likes to camp in National Parks, trying new foods, and spending time with family and friends.

Courtney Carter, M.A.
Case Manager | Orange County
Courtney Carter is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for overseeing cases, providing support to families and direct care staff, in addition to updating programing. She has experience in Designing programing, 1:1 therapy, Parent Consultations, and Training direct staff. Courtney has been in Applied Behavior Analysis Field for over 10 years, starting off as a Behavior Therapist and working her way up to a Case Manager. Courtney graduated with her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies from California State University Fullerton in 2010. Courtney graduated from National University in 2015 and received her Master of Arts Degree in Education Emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. Courtney is currently working towards becoming BCBA certified. During Courtney’s free time she enjoys reading, gaming, writing, hiking, and of course going to Disneyland!

Cynthia Gaytan, M.S.

Cynthia Gaytan is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. Cynthia is responsible for developing clients’ care by assessing treatment needs, developing, monitoring and evaluating treatment plans and progress. Aside from monitoring clients’ health and services, she also monitors staff performance. Cynthia has experience in establishing treatment programs, 1:1 therapy, and is well trained various methodologies of behavior analysis. Cynthia is dedicated in providing the best resources for her clients and seeing positive change for them and their families. Cynthia graduated from CSUF with her Bachelor’s in Psychology and her Master’s degree at CSULB in Advanced Education and Psychology with in emphasis in Counseling. She is currently working toward becoming BCBA certified. During Cynthia’s free time, she enjoys going to the beach and surfing
