Danielle Elemento

Executive Assistant

Danielle is an Executive Assistant at Creative Solutions for Hope. She works closely with the CEO of the company by completing professional and personal tasks. She is also responsible for maintaining office upkeep and providing guests with a pleasant yet professional experiences with the company. Danielle also manages the auditing department and oversees the scheduling department. Danielle has had experience in customer service in multiple professional environments as well as leadership positions in various college organizations. Danielle plans to continue to support the company in the back of the house to ensure a smooth operations for the front house. In 2018, Danielle graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Human Development. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends and family, and traveling.

Ashley Esposito

Insurance Manager

Ashley is the Insurance Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. She began working at CSH in 2007 as a Behavior Therapist, gaining knowledge in the field of ABA and finally transitioning to the administrative side of CSH in 2018. Ashley is responsible for the client intake process, maintaining employee credentialing, as well as company contracts. During her free time, you can find Ashley spending time with her husband and four children.

Sarai
Perez

Insurance Assistant

Sarai Perez is an Administrative Assistant at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for general clerical duties of the insurance department and general upkeep of the offices. She also coordinates with the clinical team to ensure insurance verifications are complete for clients across all regions. She has experience in client scheduling and coordinating events at a music center, and in healthcare as nursing assistant. Her goal is to learn and grow in the insurance department, and learn how to build a company. Sarai graduated from Life Pacific University in San Dimas, CA and received her Bachelor of Arts. She is currently getting her Master’s in Business Administration at Biola University. During free time, she is a music director at her local church, loves going to concerts, and trying new foods with her friends.

Angelica Perez

Medical Claims Biller & Accounting Specialist​

Angelica Perez is a Medical Claims Biller & Accounting specialist at Creative Solutions For Hope. She is responsible for Accounts Receivable/Accounts payable and insurance billing. She has 20 years of experience in the medical field. She has worked for a Hospital, Family Doctor and Pediatric Cardiologist. She received her Diploma of Medical Billing/Office Management. When she is not working she spends her time with her Son and Family.

Patel

Business Systems Analyst​

Jay joined Creative Solutions for Hope in 2008 with an Accounting and Management degree from Sardar Patel University. He comes with 15+ years of well-rounded experience in the financial field from various industries. His career with CSH started as bookkeeper and Patel grew his knowledge and experience and developed into the Business Systems Analyst. When Jay is not working you can find him watching sports, reading, and spending time with his children.

Dereck Coleman

IT Administrator

Dereck Coleman is the Support and IT Technician at Creative Solutions for Hope. He is responsible for setting up and maintaining the laptops, iPads, phones and workstations that our employees use on a daily basis. Dereck also updates Catalyst and NPA works databases along with various other programs used in the daily operation of Creative Solutions for Hope. He has experience in IT troubleshooting, and Office management. He is continuing his education to become a full service IT member and Cyber Security specialist. Dereck graduated from Irvine Valley College and received his A.S. Degree in Computer Science. He has his CompTIA A+ certificate and is working towards certificates in CompTIA Network+ and Security+. During free time, he likes to play board games with his family and friends and design and code computer games.

Emi Madriaga​

Accounts Receivable Specialist

Emiliza Madriaga is the Accounts Receivables Specialist at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for Accounts Receivable and insurance billing, making sure we submit all claims on time, taking care of any billing discrepancies, and ensuring the company is getting paid. Emiliza has experience in human resources, accounting, and customer service. Emiliza graduated from California State University, Long Beach in 2018 and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management. During free time, she likes to try out new places to eat and have board game nights with her friends.

Amanda Alvarado

Billing Assistant

Amanda is a Billing Assistant at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for insurance billing and the regional center billing. She works with the billing department to ensure eligibility for clients is up to date and accurate. She also works closely with insurance carriers regarding any denied claims. Amanda also does any secondary, coinsurance, co-pay, and deductible claims that need to be submitted. She has experience in customer service as well as leadership positions. Her goal is to support the Billing Department and grow with the company, and also teach her knowledge of Medical Billing to others. Amanda graduated from North-West College for Medical Billing in 2022. During her free time, Amanda likes to be with her family and be outdoors, such as hiking and going to parks, and just enjoy the time with her family.

Miriam Salas

Billing Assistant

Miriam is a Billing Assistant at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for insurance billing and verifying that all insurance claims are submitted correctly and in a timely manner. She also follows up on the status of previously submitted claims with insurance companies and confirms receipt of payment, and works to resolve any discrepancies. Miriam has experience in accounts receivable and QuickBooks bookkeeping while working as an administrative assistant for a non-profit community center. She also has previous experience in accounts payable and following the department’s budget while working as a supervisor for a hotel spa. Miriam graduated in 2016 from California State University, Fullerton and received her BA in International Business. She also received a Certificate of Professional Accounting from Santa Ana College in 2021. She has a passion for continuous learning and hopes to learn more in the accounting and finance field. Her goal is to grow within the Finance department and to pursue a Master’s in Accountancy, as well as a CPA license. During her free time, she likes to work on her monthly budget to see how much she can save for her future goals. When she’s not at work or crunching numbers, she is at her weekend job at the hotel spa, or spending time with her family.

Human Resources Manager

Jennifer Kim is the HR Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for HR’s recruitment, specifically overseeing new hire onboarding and providing support for the talent acquisition team. Jennifer also assists with employee relations and benefits administration. She’s had previous experience in HR and case management duties in patient care. Her goal is to continue developing professionally within the company and eventually grow into a leadership role. During her free time, Jennifer likes to go on hikes with her dogs and stargaze at night.

Samantha Kishek

Human Resources Generalist

Samantha is Human Resources Generalist at Creative Solutions for Hope. She began working at CSH in February of 2020. Samantha is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the HR department and recruiting. Samantha graduated from the California State University of Long Beach with her bachelor’s degree in Psychology in May of 2019. During her free time, Samantha enjoys working out, hanging out with her friends and family, and travelling to new places!

Vanalysa "Vana" Doakes​

Human Resources Generalist​

Vanalysa is a Human Resources Generalist with Creative Solutions for Hope. She began working at CSH in 2019. She is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the HR department and recruiting. She graduated on December 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in English with an emphasis on Creative Writing at California State University, Long Beach. During her free time, she is spending time with her family and friends, reading, and writing.

Adilene Talamante

HR Administrative Assistant

Adilene (Eddie) is a HR Administrative Assistant at Creative Solutions for Hope. Eddie is responsible for the timely processing of employee time off requests while ensuring all CSH clients sustain appropriate treatment. Eddie’s foremost focus in her role is ensuring behavioral therapists across our five regions are on track to becoming Registered Behavioral Therapists. She is enthusiastic about assisting therapists throughout each step of the way and encourages therapists to continue progressing up the ABA ladder. In addition to the duties, Eddie also assists our HR team with employee relations and general upkeep of the office. She has previous experience in administrative positions in diverse professional environments. She has also held multiple leadership roles in organizations throughout her academic career with a focus on serving multicultural populations. Eddie is a recent University of California, Irvine graduate receiving her BA in Psychological Science and Education Sciences. Her future goals include furthering her education in Psychology. On her free time, she enjoys going to small shows, all things crafting, and spending time under the sun.

Cristal Camacho

Administrative Assistant​

Cristal Camacho is an Administrative Assistant at Creative Solutions for Hope. Cristal works along with administration departments and clients. She is at the front desk and greets all the friendly faces that come into CSH. She makes sure that every one of our clients that enters CSH feels safe and welcomed.  She helps upkeep the office and all the clinical rooms. Cristal is responsible for connecting all the clients with the right departments whenever she answers a call. Cristal has over seven years of administration experience and has also worked in the social services field. Cristal plans to support everyone at CSH from the front office and gain more knowledge at CSH. Cristal has received certifications in administration and has trained with very well known organizations. During her free time, Cristal likes to sing at her church and enjoys going out and spend quality time with her friends and family.

Platt

Administrative Assistant​

Sadey Platt is the Administrative Assistant at Creative Solutions for Hope in San Diego. She is responsible for the upkeep of the San Diego office and ensuring it is prepared for the upcoming events. She helps plan activities and projects, assists in scheduling and administrative tasks, and cleans/organizes the office when needed. Sadey has experience in working around families and children, and enjoys any opportunity she’s given to help them. She plans to provide guests with a warm welcome and offer any assistance they may need. Sadey is currently studying child development and is working toward obtaining her BA in Speech Pathology. She loves spending time with kids, and also enjoys roller skating and painting in her free time. 

Shannon Doberneck

Administrative Assistant​

Shannon is the Administrative Assistant in the Insurance Department at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for processing new referrals and taking inquiries from new clients. She ensures that all necessary intake paperwork is filled out in a timely manner so that clients can start services are soon as possible. She aids in making sure that clients maintain insurance coverage for their services by submitting new authorizations before their current contracts are up. Shannon also helps out at the front desk, checking clients into clinic sessions, and fielding phone calls in a prompt and professional manner. Shannon has prior experience as a teaching assistant at the college level and working as a research assistant by researching and editing academic manuscripts for publication. Shannon graduated from UC Berkeley with a BA in Philosophy and did graduate work at MIT after undergrad. During her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her partner and dog outdoors, reading, binging TV shows, and watching baseball, especially the San Francisco Giants.

Blanca Soto

Administrative Assistant​

Blanca is the Administrative Assistant at the Orange County office. She is responsible for working directly with the Administrative, Clinical, and HR team to assist with client calls, questions, and concerns. Blanca also answers incoming calls, messages, and route to the appropriate department. She also meets and greets visitors, clients, and vendors promptly and courteously at the front desk to ensure a warm, welcoming environment. Blanca has prior experience working with families and children, general administration, and doing accounts payable and receivable. Her goal is to learn and grow with he company to achieve the goal of helping families and bringing hope. Blanca plans to provide client and employee satisfactory, and to be of great assistance to everyone in CSH. During her free time, Blanca likes to enjoy spending time with her chihuahua named Baby Layla, as well as spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys socializing and going out on new adventures.

Alyssa Garcia

Administrative Assistant​

Alyssa is the Administrative Assistant at the Inland Empire office. She is responsible for the upkeep of the office including scheduling, recruiting, and administrative tasks. Her goal is to support the administrative department as much as possible and continue to learn and grow within the company. Alyssa has experience working with children, and in customer service. She has studied child development and computer information systems. She likes spending time with her family, and also enjoys watching her kids play sports in her free time.

Megan Pinzon​

Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Megan Victoria is a HR administrative assistant at Creative Solutions for Hope. She began working at CSH in January of 2021. She is responsible for creating and maintain employee files, assisting multiple teams, and works on side projects for the company. Megan Victoria also does clerical office duties at the front desk when needed. She has experience in planning, coordinating, and utilizing multiple platforms (Microsoft suite, Google documents, and excel sheets) to transform and transcribe data. Her goal is to gain experience and grow in the HR department to understand as well as take on challenging tasks that furthers her knowledge in human resources to apply, and continue learning to further her career in HR. Megan graduated from California State University Long Beach and received her bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies. During her free time, she likes to support and participate in esports events, traveling internationally from time to time, and loves spending time with her dog, Momochi.

Administrative Assistant​

Michael Tyler is Medical Claims Biller Administrative Assistant at Creative Solutions for Hope. He’s responsible for submitting all insurance claims accurately and on time. Michael also has experience in Graphic Design, Medical Billing and Customer Service.
Michael graduated from Platt College and received his AA Degree in Computer Graphics in 1998. He also has a Diploma from North West college in Medical Billing and Coding and a Customer Service and Sales Certification. During free time Michael likes to go hiking, working out and enjoys playing guitar/bass and songwriting.
