Angelica Perez | Medical Claims Biller & Accounting Specialist
Angelica Perez is a Medical Claims Biller & Accounting specialist at Creative Solutions For Hope. She is responsible for Accounts Receivable/Accounts payable and insurance billing. She has 20 years of experience in the medical field. She has worked for a Hospital, Family Doctor and Pediatric Cardiologist. She received her Diploma of Medical Billing/Office Management. When she is not working she spends her time with her Son and Family. Ashley Esposito | Insurance Coordinator Ashley Esposito is the Insurance Coordinator at Creative Solutions for Hope. She began working at CSH in 2007 as a Behavior Therapist gaining knowledge in the field of ABA and finally transitioning to the administrative side of CSH in 2018. Ashley is responsible for the client intake process, maintaining employee credentialing, as well as company contracts. During her free time, you can find Ashley spending time with her husband and four children. Dang Nguyen | Administrative Assistant Dang Nguyen is an Internal Auditing and Administrative Assistant at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for assisting the auditing department by completing general administrative duties while auditing through the staffs’ schedules and clients’ appointments. She graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a minor in Public Relations. During her free time, Dang enjoys watching movies, trying out new food places, and spending her time with her family and friends. Danielle Elemento | Administrative Executive Danielle Elemento is an Executive Assistant at Creative Solutions for Hope. She works closely with the CEO of the company by completing professional and personal tasks and is responsible for maintaining office upkeep and providing guests with pleasant yet professional experiences with the company. Danielle also manages the auditing department and oversees the scheduling department. Danielle has had experience in customer service in multiple professional environments as well as leadership positions in various college organizations. Danielle plans to continue to support the company in the back of the house to ensure a smooth operations for the front house. In 2018, Danielle graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Human Development. On her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends and family and traveling. Elijah Soriano | Administrative Assistant & Tech Support Elijah Soriano is Administrative Assistant at Creative Solutions for Hope. He is responsible for internal auditing. Elijah also does Tech support/helpdesk where he aids other employees in any tech related inquiries/issues. He has experience in basic computer programming and knowledges as well as a growing knowledge of UX design for operating systems. Elijah is dedicated in bringing the best assistance and service possible to the workforce as well as being a team player for Creative Solutions for Hope. Elijah graduated in 2020 from Arizona State University and received his bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts. He is currently working towards his Master’s in Computer Information Systems as well as becoming a certified in Cyber Security. During free time, he likes to produce music and work on personal ventures. Emi Madriaga | Administrative Assistant Emiliza Madriaga is a Finance Administrative Assistant at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for insurance billing, Account Payables and Account Receivables, making sure payments and billing are submitted on time. Emiliza has experience in human resources, accounting, and customer service. Emiliza graduated from California State University, Long Beach in 2018 and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management. During free time, she likes to try out new places to eat and have board game nights with her friends. Hannah Choe | Administrative Assistant & Scheduler Hannah is an Administrative Assistant/Scheduler at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for creating schedules in the OC, IE, and LA regions. She has experience in medical insurance claims, event planning, and volunteer management. Hannah graduated from Pepperdine University and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Administration, with a Minor in Nonprofit Management. During her free time, Hannah likes to root for the LA Dodgers, spend time with family and friends, and listen to oldies. Jay Patel | Business Systems Analyst Jay joined Creative Solutions for Hope in 2008 with an Accounting and Management degree from Sardar Patel University. He comes with 15+ years of well-rounded experience in the financial field from various industries. His career with CSH started as bookkeeper and Patel grew his knowledge and experience and developed into the Business Systems Analyst. When Jay is not working you can find him watching sports, reading, and spending time with his children. Michelle Hinkle-Johnston | Director of Finance Michelle Hinkle-Johnston, Director of Finance, comes to Creative Solutions for Hope with over 25 years of accounting experience with a business degree from the University of Phoenix. She has worked for manufacturers, income tax businesses, and consumer-based services. Michelle also volunteers as a Board Member for the non-profit Opportunity Matters to Everyone and at a local pet rescue and adoption animal shelter caring for cats waiting for their forever home. When Michelle is not working or volunteering you can find her enjoying time with her family or friends catching a movie, taking a cooking class, and party-planning. Michelle is married to Cory and has a son and step-daughter. Samantha Kishek | Administrative Assistant Samantha is an administrative assistant at Creative Solutions for Hope. She began working at CSH in February of 2020. Samantha is responsible for assisting with general office duties, as well as, assisting and greeting clients and staff. Along with taking care of general office duties, Samantha assists the scheduling department by creating schedules for the San Diego and San Francisco regions, and she also assists the HR department with administrative tasks. Samantha graduated from the California State University of Long Beach with her bachelor’s degree in Psychology in May of 2019. During her free time, Samantha enjoys working out, hanging out with her friends and family, and travelling to new places! Vanalysa “Vana” Doakes | Human Resources Generalist Vanalysa is a Human Resources Generalist with Creative Solutions for Hope. She began working at CSH in 2019. She is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the HR department and recruiting. She graduated on December 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in English with an emphasis on Creative Writing at California State University, Long Beach. During her free time, she is spending time with her family and friends, reading, and writing. Sahya Patel | Administrative Assistant Sahya is the administrative assistant and internal auditor for the SF/Bay Area and San Diego offices at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for her regions’ client schedules and ensuring smooth internal operations via timely auditing. Sahya has experience a lab researcher in biotechnology and medical scribing for developmental behavioral pediatrics at UCSF. Sahya hopes to one day become an international travel nurse for humanitarian organizations. Sahya graduated from UC San Diego and received her bachelor’s degree in Human Biology. During free time, Sahya enjoys working out, painting, cooking, and hiking. Sarai Perez | Administrative Assistant Sarai Perez is Administrative Assistant at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for general clerical duties of the insurance department and general upkeep of the offices. She also coordinates with the clinical team to ensure insurance verifications are complete for clients across all regions. Sarai also assists with . She has experience in client scheduling and coordinating events at a music center, and has experience in healthcare as nursing assistant. Her goal is to learn and grow in the insurance department, and learn how to build a company. Sarai graduated from Life Pacific University in San Dimas, CA and received her Bachelor of Arts. She is currently getting her Master’s in Business Administration at Biola University. During free time, she is a Music director at her local church, loves going to concerts, and trying new foods with her friends.
