Danielle Elemento

Executive Assistant

Danielle is an Executive Assistant at Creative Solutions for Hope. She works closely with the CEO of the company by completing professional and personal tasks. She is also responsible for maintaining office upkeep and providing guests with a pleasant yet professional experiences with the company. Danielle also manages the auditing department and oversees the scheduling department. Danielle has had experience in customer service in multiple professional environments as well as leadership positions in various college organizations. Danielle plans to continue to support the company in the back of the house to ensure a smooth operations for the front house. In 2018, Danielle graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Human Development. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends and family, and traveling.

Ashley Esposito

Insurance Manager

Ashley is the Insurance Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. She began working at CSH in 2007 as a Behavior Therapist, gaining knowledge in the field of ABA.  She worked with kiddos in the home, school, community, and clinic settings, providing 1:1 therapy, as well as running social skills groups. She transitioned to the administrative side of CSH in 2018. Ashley now oversees the Insurance Department and is responsible for maintaining employee credentialing and company contracts. Her goal is to continue to assist with the growth of CSH throughout all regions. Her love for the field provides her with the motivation to ensure all kiddos and families get the services they need. During her free time, you can find Ashley spending time with her husband and children. 

Jay
Patel

Business Systems Analyst​

Jay joined Creative Solutions for Hope in 2008 with an Accounting and Management degree from Sardar Patel University. He comes with 15+ years of well-rounded experience in the financial field from various industries. His career with CSH started as bookkeeper and Patel grew his knowledge and experience and developed into the Business Systems Analyst. When Jay is not working you can find him watching sports, reading, and spending time with his children.

Shannon Doberneck

Administrative Assistant​

Shannon is the Administrative Assistant in the Insurance Department at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for processing new referrals and taking inquiries from new clients. She ensures that all necessary intake paperwork is filled out in a timely manner so that clients can start services are soon as possible. She aids in making sure that clients maintain insurance coverage for their services by submitting new authorizations before their current contracts are up. Shannon also helps out at the front desk, checking clients into clinic sessions, and fielding phone calls in a prompt and professional manner. Shannon has prior experience as a teaching assistant at the college level and working as a research assistant by researching and editing academic manuscripts for publication. Shannon graduated from UC Berkeley with a BA in Philosophy and did graduate work at MIT after undergrad. During her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her partner and dog outdoors, reading, binging TV shows, and watching baseball, especially the San Francisco Giants.

Dereck Coleman

IT/Microsoft 365 Administrator

Dereck is the Microsoft 365 Administrator and IT/Support Technician at Creative Solutions for Hope. He is responsible for setting up and maintaining the laptops, iPads, phones and workstations that our employees use on a daily basis. Dereck also Manages applications, services, data, devices, and users across our Microsoft 365 services. He has experience in IT troubleshooting, and Office management. He is continuing his education to become a full service IT member and Cyber Security specialist. Dereck graduated from Irvine Valley College and received his A.S. Degree in Computer Science. He has his CompTIA A+ certificate and is working towards certificates in CompTIA Network+ and Security+. During free time, he likes to play board games with his family and friends and design and code computer games.

Kimberly Brooks

Administrative Assistant

Kim works for the Permanent Schedules department at the Creative Solutions for Hope office located at our Orange County region. She is responsible for the processing permanent sessions for therapists and clients. Additionally, she is also responsible for maintaining constant communication with families/therapists regarding any permanent changes that occur within their schedules. Kim also works as an administrative assistant and occasionally covers the front desk as well as assists with office upkeep whenever needed. Outside of the office, Kim loves spending time outdoors as well as spontaneous outings with family and friends. 

Mak Perez

Administrative Assistant​

Mak Perez is a Billing Administrative Assistant for the Finance Department at Creative Solutions for Hope. They are responsible for insurance billing for all company locations. They help submit claims, create appeals, mail out invoices, audit reports, and assist in other insurance billing tasks. They work closely with their billing team to make billing run smoothly and proficiently. Mak graduated from the University of California Irvine in 2022 with a degree in psychology and social behavior. They have experience working as a registered behavior technician for children with autism, other healthcare professional experiences, and a multitude of experience in academic research and professional environments. During their free time, Mak likes to crochet, craft, listen to music, spend time with friends, binge TV shows/movies, and hang out at the beach. 

Stephanie Cuevas

Administrative Assistant​

Stephanie Cuevas is a Billing Admin Assistant for the Finance Department at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for billing services rendered for all our office locations. Stephanie helps submit claims, create appeals, and assist in other insurance billing tasks. She plans to support the finance department as much as possible, gain new skills, and grow within the company. Stephanie has prior experience with data entry and customer service. Stephanie studied to be a Medical Assistant. Working at CHS has inspired her to return to school and get a degree in Business Administration. During her free time, she enjoys relaxing at the beach, having picnics, and reading on her hammock.

Colby Price-Brooks

Administrative Assistant​

Colby Price-Brooks is a Billing Administrative Assistant for the Finance Department at Creative Solutions for Hope. They are responsible for billing services rendered for all of our office locations. Colby helps submit claims, create appeals, and assist in other insurance billing tasks. They plan on continuing to support the company in anyway they can and look forward to all the future opportunities to come within Creative Solutions for Hope. Colby has many years of experience in customer service, transcription, and clerical duties. Colby graduated from California State University – San Bernardino in 2020 and received their Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. During their free time, Colby enjoys creating music, watching their favorite shows or movies, and spending time with friends and family.

Michelle Ortiz

Human Resources

Michelle is a HR Administration Assistant at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for the onboarding experience of new employees and administrative tasks relating to HR. Michelle has 3+ years experience in human resources and customer service. Michelle graduated from University of California, Davis in 2019 with a BA in Psychology. In her free time, she enjoys painting and spending time with her friends and family.

 

Sasha Stelmar Hernandez

Internal Auditing Specialist

Sasha joined Creative Solutions for Hope in August 2022 as an Administrative Assistant and in February 2023, she was promoted to Internal Auditing Specialist where she enjoys her duties supporting the general auditing and payroll support functions. She is a graduate of Arizona State University where she completed a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Sasha is proficient in 3 languages and has a passion for world travel. When she is not working- Sasha enjoys exploring new places, hiking with her two boys and spending time with her extended family and friends. 

Stephanie Rodriquez

Human Resources

Stephanie has over a decade of successful experience in hiring and employee management with a demonstrated history in Recruitment, Benefits Administration, Workers Compensation, Training and Development and Leave of Absence Administration. Stephanie is a strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace and prides herself in growing business relationships and making time to develop great relationships. In her free time Stephanie likes to spend time with her Grandchildren, Family and Friends. 

Karen Rodriguez

Administrative Assistant

Karen Ruth is the Administrative Assistant in the Human Resource Department at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for processing time off requests for all regions and Cancellations for OC and SF Regions. She also does temporary schedule changes and employee filing. She aims to finish getting her BA in psychology and pursue a career in the field. She loves to go out to eat with her husband and spend time with their two corgis, Bear and Ruby!

Namratha Chinnapla Veeranna

Administrative Assistant

Namratha is the Administrative Assistant in the Audit Department at Creative Solutions for Hope. I am responsible for client and staff internal auditing. I am also be responsible for general clerical duties and upkeep of the administrative offices. I have experience in accounting, banking operations, and customer service. I graduated from Mysuru University (India) in Business Administration in 2013. During free time, I like to spend time with my daughter, go on hikes with my friends, and watch movies or shows.

Nathaniel Avant

Human Resources Recruiter

Nathaniel is the Human Resources Recruiter at Creative Solutions for Hope. In his role, Nathaniel works closely with the Executive Director and Executive Assistant to support all aspects of recruiting for the company. Nathaniel is also responsible for developing and executing recruitment plans using traditional and new creative sourcing strategies. He also manages the posting of job ads, analyze and reports recruitment results, and supports other departments as needed. Nathaniel graduated from California State University Dominguez Hills with a degree in Business Management and Human Resources Management. Prior to joining us, he worked as a recruiter/volunteer manager where he built and strengthened sustainable volunteer programs in exciting service organizations. In his free time, Nathaniel enjoys hiking, travel, and going to concerts/live events. 

Alyssa Garcia

Administrative Assistant |​ Inland Empire

Alyssa is the Administrative Assistant at the Inland Empire office. She is responsible for the upkeep of the office including scheduling, recruiting, and administrative tasks. Her goal is to support the administrative department as much as possible and continue to learn and grow within the company. Alyssa has experience working with children, and in customer service. She has studied child development and computer information systems. She likes spending time with her family, and also enjoys watching her kids play sports in her free time.

Soreilly Armenta

Administrative Assistant​ | Los Angeles

Soreilly is the Administrative Assistant for the LA office at Creative Solutions for Hope. Her responsibilities consist of maintaining the LA office, recruiting, scheduling, and proving additional support for other regions as needed. Soreilly hopes to learn and grow within the company. Prior to joining our CSH team, Soreilly attended California State University of Fullerton, earning her BA in Sociology. She was also a Behavioral Technician before and gained experience working in the field through a different company. Her experience as a BT allowed her to have insight on the field and join the administration team for CSH, sticking with the field she enjoys. Soreilly enjoys spending time with her 3 dogs; a shih tzu poodle, maltipoo and a dalmatian that constantly keep her busy. She loves to workout, read, journal, visit the beach and go to Disneyland as part of her selfcare routine.

Platt

Administrative Assistant​ | San Diego

Sadey is the head Administrative Assistant at the San Diego office. She helped set up the SD clinic when it opened in 2021, which included the beginning of SD’s social skills groups! She is responsible for the upkeep of the San Diego office, including the organization of scheduling and SSG, recruiting, and handling issues that arise at the SD clinic. She provides information/documentation to people when needed, answers any questions, and helps run the office smoothly. Sadey has experience in working with families and children, and enjoys any opportunity she’s given to help them. Sadey has studied child development and is working toward obtaining a degree in Speech Pathology. She loves spending time with kids, and also enjoys roller skating and painting in her free time.

Jamarion Ard

Administrative Assistant​ | San Diego

Jamarion Ard is an Administrative Assistant at Creative Solutions for Hope in San Diego. She is responsible for the upkeep of the office including scheduling, auditing, and administrative tasks. She helps plan events and decorate the office for any holidays, birthdays, and special occasions. Jamarion has experience working in customer service environments and enjoys assisting the San Diego team with any back of house operations. She provides a positive environment for new hires that come in for training and assists them with any questions they may have. Jamarion graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BA in Sociology and a minor in Geography. In her free time, she spends time with family and friends, and loves working on art projects with different mediums.

Sophia Vasquez

Administrative Assistant​ | San Diego

Sophia Vasquez is the Administrative Assistant at Creative Solutions For Hope in San Diego. She is responsible for the upkeep of the San Diego office. She ensures the clinic is clean, organized, and fun for the clients. She helps clinically and administratively by translating phone calls and talking to parents and therapists in Spanish. Sophia has experience in ABA therapy has a Behavioral Therapist and is extremely passionate about it. Sophia is currently studying Psychology and is working towards getting her credentials. During her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, trying out new restaurants, painting, reading, and going to the beach.
