Entry Level Behavior Technician/RBT
Locations Hiring: Orange County, Inland Empire, Los Angeles County, San Diego County, San Francisco County
We are looking for passionate and dedicated Behavior Therapists to join Creative Solutions for Hope. The entry-level Behavior Therapist position will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the ABA therapy field, but ultimately within our company. Our paid on the job training led by our highly skilled clinicians, will help ensure your success, proficiency, and confidence. As a therapist, you will be teaching verbal, social, and educational behaviors and skills to children, teens, and young adults with Autism and/or related disabilities. We strive to support our clients in both the home and community settings, while also helping clients reach their full potential.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or equivalent or are currently enrolled in college courses.
Must have a valid California driver’s license, a personal reliable vehicle, and Auto Insurance (with your name visible on the policy as the owner or as a registered driver)
Must have experience with technology (e.g., computer, iPad)
Monday-Friday availability, weekend, and afternoon to evening hours (Preferred)
Pass a Livescan background check and TB test.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
2-3 days of afternoon/evening availability between 3pm and 8pm

ABA Case Manager/Program Manager

Through our devoted team of experts, we utilize ABA therapy to create individualized instruction and programming geared to benefit children with developmental disabilities, learning disabilities, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorders.
The Case Manager supports the implementation of ABA therapy programs across the home, center, and/or community settings, and is responsible for supervising Behavior Technicians (BT’s), as well as providing consistent parent / caregiver training and case oversight. The Case Manager will report to a Clinical Supervisor and Director weekly.
Responsibilities:
Work with BT’s and clients in their homes, clinic-based sessions, and/or in the community settings.
Manage a minimum caseload 15 cases.
Ensure programs are being implemented and run correctly and consistently.
Ensure progress is being made across programs and families are satisfied with the progress.
Coordinate with families and staff to manage your own schedule to provide training and support while maximizing service utilization.
Meet with Clinical Supervisor to:
Update treatment plans/goals in Catalyst software
Create individual employee goals to increase clinical skill sets.
Access ongoing clinical hours (indirect /direct)
Remain proficient with policies and procedures.
Represent the company professionally in all client and colleague interactions.
Complete mandatory clinical sessions notes on time.
Maintain HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act) confidentiality.
Attend monthly management meetings to keep up on industry trends and training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology or a related field OR valid certification as a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) current certification (or obtain upon hire)
2 years of working experience with Children with Autism and/ or related disorders.
2 years of management /supervisor experience leading team members
Must have a valid California driver’s license and personal and reliable vehicle.
Auto Insurance (with your name visible on the policy as the owner or as a registered driver
Experience with technology; Microsoft, Electronic data collection systems etc.
Provide and Pass TB, (Tuberculosis test) and background check /Live Scan fingerprinting.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

We know you’re passionate about helping others—and so are we. As a BCBA with CSH, you’ll work closely with families, supervise team members, and guide clinical care across your cases. As a BCBA you will also work under the supervision of the Clinical Director and/or the Senior Clinical Supervisor. BCBAs are also responsible for developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans, supporting the implementation of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy programs across the home, center and/or community settings, and is responsible for supervising the Behavior Technicians (BT’s) as well as providing consistent parent/caregiver training and case oversight.

Conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior strategies to teach replacement behaviors, reduce maladaptive behaviors, and develop treatment goals to address each concern, domain, and skill deficit.

Remaining proficient with policies and procedures.
Essential Job Requirements:
Active BCBA Certification
