Having trouble signing into any of the following: Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Adobe,
and/or Edge (NPAGO)? Well, that means one or both issues may be occurring.
1) This error popping up?
2) Click [Settings] or go to the [Settings App]
3) You will then be directed to the following:
Click [Update Apple ID Settings] and sign in with the email provided to you.
4) Head over to the Company Portal App. Once you are there look at the bottom and select [Notifications]. The following will appear:
5) Click on the error and sign in using the email provided to you.
6) Once you have completed that, select [Devices] after that select [Check Status].
7) After you have completed that go back to notifications and see if there is anything new, then go to settings and check if there is anything new.
