Diana Becerra, M.S.

Case Manager | Inland Empire

Diana is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope, where she is responsible for ensuring that clients receive high-quality, individualized behavioral services. She works under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collaborates closely with therapists, families, and other service providers.

Diana has experience coordinating ABA therapy services by managing caseloads, supporting families, and ensuring that treatment plans are implemented with fidelity. She has worked closely with both BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to monitor client progress, address barriers, and maintain effective communication among all stakeholders.

Diana earned her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Pepperdine University. Outside of work, she enjoys going to Disneyland and spending time with her two English Bulldogs. 

Jaclyn Bunker, M.S.

Case Manager | San Diego

Jaclyn Bunker is a case manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for assessing treatment needs, developing, monitoring and evaluating treatment plans and progress as well as monitoring staff performance. She has experience in 1:1 therapy, implementing various behavior intervention programs, parent and staff training. She has received comprehensive training in various methodologies such as: verbal behavior, Discrete Trial Training, Functional Communication Training and the Early Start Denver Model.

Jaclyn graduated from the University of Alabama and received her bachelor’s degree in psychology before pursuing her master’s in applied Behavior Analysis. She is currently working toward becoming a BCBA. During her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time at the beach.

Nora Espinoza, M.S.

Case Manager | San Diego

Nora Espinoza is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for enhancing client care by assessing their treatment needs and developing tailored treatment plans that she monitors and evaluates. Her responsibilities extend beyond client care as she also oversees staff performance. Nora has experience developing treatment plans, 1:1 therapy, and is knowledgeable in multiple methodologies of behavior analysis. Nora is passionate about achieving the best outcomes for her clients and their families.

Nora graduated from California State University, Bakersfield with a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and later graduated from Florida Institute of Technology with a Master’s in Behavior Analysis Practice. She is currently working to attain her BCBA certification. During her free time, she enjoys hiking and going to the beach to watch the sunset.

Hector Flores, B.S.

Case Manager | Inland Empire

Hector Flores serves as a Case Manager at Creative Solutions, where he oversees a range of responsibilities to ensure the success ABA programs. His role involves conducting assessments, collecting data, and implementing and monitoring treatment plans. Hector also provides ongoing parent training, guiding families in behavior interventions, and coordinating care with other services such as occupational therapy (OT), speech therapy, and mental health professionals. In addition to his case management work, Hector offers study sessions for staff members preparing for their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certifications. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences at National University in San Diego and is on track to graduate in 2025. Hector holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Cal State San Bernardino and an associate’s degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Moreno Valley Community College, where he made the Dean’s List throughout 2020 with a 3.8 GPA while attending full-time. Training at the Ben Clark Training Center with Riverside Sheriffs in 2020, giving him valuable hands-on experience in case management and proper community policing. Outside of his professional role, Hector devotes his free time to teaching youth at TeamQuest Athletic Center in Hemet, California a sister gym to Temecula’s Team Quest, led by former Light Heavyweight Champion Dan Henderson. Hector currently holds a 2nd-degree blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and joined the Team Quest fight team. Hector has 5 years of Mixed Martial Arts experience under the guidance of Jaren Vanderra, a professional MMA fighter and former UFC athlete. When Hector is not working or training, He enjoys to ride on his Harley-Davidson Road Glide.

Siria
Garcia, B.S.

Case Manager | Orange County

Siria Garcia is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for providing support to onboarding therapists, providing parent consultation and collaborates with families to ensure consistent and effective implementation of behavior interventions. She is also responsible for monitoring client’s progress with data collection. She has experience in implementing behavior intervention programs and 1:1 therapy.

Siria graduated California State University, San Marcos and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development. She is currently at Capella University to receive her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.

During free time Siria likes to spend time with her two sons, Ethan and Damian and enjoys going out with her hubby Cristian. 

Katie Gerstenberg, M.S.

Case Manager | San Diego

Katie Gerstenberg is a Case Manager for Creative Solutions for Hope. She graduated from San Diego State University with a master’s degree in education (special education; BCBA embedded curriculum) in May of 2020. She has been practicing behavior analysis since 2016. Katie has experience working with a wide range of participants between the ages of 17 months to adulthood. Katie has extensive experience with behavior management, functional communication training, and is passionate with creating behavior goals that are meaningful to the participant and family by contriving purposeful opportunities to promote lasting change. Katie also has experience with acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to assist with executive functioning goals. During her free time, Katie is a competitive athlete and enjoys exploring the outdoors/nature with her 2 dogs. Katie has a long-term goal to backpack the pacific crest trail. 

One of Katie’s favorite quotes is “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.” – Aristotle 

Repetition is key to lasting change and productive habits. The nature of ABA therapy includes repetition and practice for lasting change. 

Erika Perez Gonzalez, B.A.

Case Manager | Los Angeles

Erika Perez Gonzalez is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope.  She is responsible for training new therapists, providing parent/caregiver consultations and working closely with BCBA supervisors to make modifications to treatment plans. She has 4 years of experience in implementing behavioral intervention plans, 1:1 therapy, and parent training and consultations.
Erika graduated from California State University of Dominguez Hills in 2020 and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Social Work and got certified as an RBT in 2023. During her free time, Erika enjoys doing jigsaw puzzles and spending quality time with her husband and family.

Jessica Hill, B.A.

Case Manager | Los Angeles

Jessica Hill is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for accomplishing clients’ care by assessing treatment needs, developing, monitoring and evaluating treatment plans and progress. Jess also monitors staff performance. She has experience in 1:1 therapy in home, school and in-clinic settings and is well trained in various methodologies of behavior analysis. Jess is dedicated to providing quality services to her clients and seeing them thrive.

 

Jess graduated from San Jose State University and received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2022. She received her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Pepperdine University in 2024. During her free timeshe likes to binge watch reality TV and spend time with her nephew.

Lisa Leon, B.S.

Case Manager | Los Angeles

Lisa Leon is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for overseeing therapists working with our clients. She also writes goals to support and strengthen our clients’ independence. She has experience with implementing behavioral intervention programs, 1:1 therapy, and parent training and consultations.

Lisa is currently attending Capella University to earn her Master in Applied Behavior Analysis.
During her free time, she likes to spend time with her family and friends and go to Disneyland.

Ashley Little, B.A.

Case Manager | San Francisco

Ashley Little is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. She has been working in the field of ABA for 5 years. She is responsible for ensuring progress is being made across programs and families are satisfied with the progress. Ashley is wanting to pursue becoming a BCBA and looks forward to starting the journey when the time comes. 

Ashley Graduated in 2023 from San Francisco State University with a BA in Child and Adolescent Development: Health, Community, and Social Services. During her free time, Ashley likes to play video games on her Nintendo Switch and gaming laptop.

Rosalily Mayorquin is a Case Manager for Creative Solutions for Hope. She graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in counseling and social change. She received a master’s degree from National University in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). She has been working in the field of ABA since 2020. Rosalily has experience working in both Early Intervention and in ABA, and has experience working with children ages 1-15 years old with diagnosed with developmental delays and ASD. She is currently working towards becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Her current role allows her to train therapists and provide parent consultations. She understands that in order to succeed you have to work as a team and collaborate to get the best possible outcome. She is passionate about seeing the progress each child makes thanks to ABA.

Jessica Neri is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. Aside from monitoring clients’ health and services, she also monitors staff performance. She has experience in 1:1 therapy, social group skills, and training behavioral therapists. She is currently studying to pursue her license in the field to become a BCBA.

Jessica also went to California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) and received her Bachelors in Ethnic Studies. During her free time, she likes to go bike riding with her dog, cooking and reading books.

Rocio Patino, B.S.

Rocio Patino Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. I have been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for 5 years. I have worked with a wide range of ages from 3yrs of age to 22 years. I graduated from La Sierra University with a Bachelors in Criminal Justice in 2013. Currently pursuing my Master at National University in Applied Behavior Analysis. I am working on accruing my supervision hours to sit for the BCBA exam. During my free time I enjoy going to the gym, taking my dogs to the dog park, and giving myself manicures.

Jennice Otto, M.S.

Rosemarie Pereira, M.S.

Case Manager | San Francisco

Rosemarie Pereira is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Administration, both from Purdue University Global. Rosemarie has worked in the field of ABA for three years, serving children ages 3 to 11. She is currently completing her fieldwork and plans to sit for the BCBA exam in early 2026.

Rosemarie specializes in early intervention and brings a unique cognitive processing style that allows for deep conceptual understanding—particularly when breaking down abstract ideas into concrete, actionable supports for clients, families, and staff. She is committed to quality care, clinical growth, and delivering meaningful, individualized services.

Outside of work, Rosemarie most enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband and four wonderful children. She also loves singing, creative writing, making art, and reading—both for leisure and academic exploration.

Jan Pesigan, M.A.

Case Manager | Orange County

Jan Pesigan is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. He is responsible for delivering ABA support by directly working with families and team members. This includes providing mentorship to therapists, developing client programs, conducting trainings, performing assessments, collecting data, collaborating with other service providers, and anything else needed to ensure that effective services are provided.

In eight years of experience, Jan has worked with all age ranges, doing Early Intervention with as young as 2-year-olds to supporting in Adult Transition Programs with clients in their 20s. Jan’s career goal is to become a BCBA and continue to support families and clients around the OC reach their full potential.

Jan graduated with a BA from the California State University, San Bernardino with a degree in Psychology and received his master’s degree with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University. During his free time, Jan likes to watch/play basketball and hang out with his family at home.

Natalia Pierce, M.S.

Case Manager | San Diego

Natalia Pierce is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope, where she oversees the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs across home, center, and community settings. With six years of experience in the field, Natalia has experience working with children ages 3 to 17. She received a Master’s degree from Capella University and is completing her fieldwork hours to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Natalia is passionate about fostering positive behavioral change and empowering families through compassionate, evidence based care. Outside of work, Natalia enjoys, playing volleyball, traveling to new places, and exploring her love for cooking.

Leslie Ramirez, M.S.

Case Manager | Orange County

Leslie is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for overseeing clients, providing staffing support and conducting parent consultations. Leslie has experience as a behavioral therapist of 4 years and is working towards becoming a BCBA.
Leslie graduated from Cal State Fullerton and received a B.S. in Child Development. She is currently earning her master’s in special education from ASU. During free time, she enjoys exploring new cafes, spending time with friends and watching movie.

 

Katelyn Rincon, M.A.

Case Manager | Orange County

Katelyn Rincon is Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for overseeing BTs, creating and updating goals, conducting assessments, consulting with parents and collaborating with our BCBAs to ensure our clients progress toward independence. She also has experience conducting companywide trainings, analyzing and disseminating data, and collaborating across disciplines during the IEP process.

Katelyn graduated from Graceland University in 2015 where she earned her BA in psychology. In 2019 she earned her Masters of Applied Behavior Analysis from National University. During free time she enjoys longboarding through downtown Long Beach and hiking just about any national park. 

 

Wendy Rubio, M.S.

Case Manager | Los Angeles

Wendy Rubio is a dedicated Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. I have been supporting children and families for over six years, with a strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and case coordination. In my role, I develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, working closely with clinicians, families, and school teams to ensure each client receives consistent and effective support.

I earned my degree from National University in 2024, where I earned an MS in Applied Behavior Analysis . I’m passionate about helping others and committed to creating positive, lasting change in the lives of the clients I serve. I’m known for my strong communication skills, compassionate approach, and attention to detail, and I take pride in being a trusted advocate for the families and teams I work with.

Alejandra Shico, B.S.

Case Manager | Los Angeles

Alejandra Shico is Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. Alejandra plays a key role in supporting children and families throughout their therapy journey here at CSH. Alejandra works closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), therapists, and caregivers to ensure each child receives personalized and consistent support. She helps coordinate services, monitor progress, and facilitate communication between families and clinical teams.

Alejandra graduated from California State University, Stanislaus and received her bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2022. She is currently pursuing her master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism.

Outside of work, Alejandra enjoys going to the beach, watch the sunset and loves to travel, she also enjoys spending time with her family and her dog Nacho. 

Michelle Pelayo, M.S.

Case Manager | San Diego

Michelle Pelayo is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope, where she provides dedicated support to clients, families, and therapists. She plays an essential role in overseeing program progress, assisting with intervention strategies, and supporting therapist development to ensure quality care and positive outcomes.

With over three years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Michelle specializes in parent consultation and therapist training. She is currently pursuing her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, with a strong commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of the families she serves.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University and is currently earning her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys reading and hiking with her dogs.

Kent Tabago, B.A.

Case Manager | San Diego

Kent Tabago is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. He is responsible for onboarding and training new therapists, conducting parent meetings, and implementing new strategies to help the kids under his care. He started out as a behavioral therapist back in 2023 and slowly worked his way up to a case manager, which shows his dedication to the field of ABA and his desire to learn more about it. He graduated from San Diego State University in 2017 with a bachelor’s in graphic design but opted to explore the mental and behavioral health field to make a difference in the lives of children. As such, he is interested in pursuing a master’s degree in either ABA or MFT. Outside of work, Kent enjoys drawing, working out, and dances hula.

Maryam Tafazoli, B.A.

Case Manager | Los Angeles

Maryam Tafazoli is Case Manager at Creative Solutions for hope. Maryam provides Applied Behavior Analysts (ABA) services for children and families diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other related disorders. She supervises 1:1 therapy sessions and provides support and training  for the behavior therapists. Maryam also provides parent training and consultation services. 
Maryam graduated from Boston University in 2000 with a BA in Psychology and pre-med prerequisites. She has been working at Creative Solutions for Hope since 2022.

Jordyn Young, B.A.

Case Manager | San Diego

Jordyn Young is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for providing supervision and oversight for behavioral therapists, creating programs, and materials for clients. Jordyn also provides staff and family training to ensure the quality and consistency of therapy sessions. She has been with CSH for over 3 years, starting as a BT, moving up to a senior RBT, and now a CM in North County.  Jordyn has experience in 1:1 session, parent trainings and consultations.

Jordyn graduated in 2021 at Cal State San Marcos with her BA in Criminology and Justice Studies. She provides services and support for children and families with autism and other related disorders. During her free time, Jordyn likes to go to concerts, go to the beach and explore new restaurants. 

Cloie Zhou, B.S.

Case Manager | San Francisco

Cloie Zhou is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope, San Francisco. She provides services supporting families and clients diagnosed with Autism, and other related disorders using ABA interventions in home and school settings. She is also responsible for overseeing Behavior Technicians, developing, implementing, and monitoring treatment programsCloie has experience in Pivotal Response Training, Skills Based Training, and Functional Communication Training with kids ages 3 years to 12 years old. She is committed to ensuring services are individually tailored to clients and their families.

 Cloie graduated from University of California, Riverside and received her Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2024. She is currently enrolled at National University in pursuit of her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis. During her free timeshe likes to explore new hiking spots around the Bay Area and reading.

Emily Huynh, B.S.

Case Manager | San Diego

Emily Huynh is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. She provides services for children and families diagnosed with Autism. She is responsible for assessing clients’ care and treatment needs, and developing, monitoring, and evaluating treatment plans and progress. Her role as a case manager allows her to provide parent consultations, supervise and train staff on their cases, and work closely with her supervisors to ensure their clients’ meet their goals.

Emily graduated from the University of California San Diego in 2022 with a B.S. in Psychology. She worked in after school programs before transitioning to ABA therapy in 2023 where she pursued earning her RBT certification. Emily is currently looking to pursue a master’s degree in ABA. During her free time, she likes to spend time with her friends and indulge in arts and crafts hobbies, such as clothes making and custom dolls. 

Alexandra Cruz, B.S.

Case Manager | San Francisco

Alexandra is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for overseeing and supporting Behavior Therapists, consulting and coordinating with families and service providers, and conducting assessments and observations to support client goals and progress. She is also skilled in identifying and referring to various resources to further support clients and families with meeting their needs and goals. Alexandra began her career at a behavior-focused mental health facility serving LPS conserved adults, advancing from direct support to case management. She then spent three years in service coordination within the California state Regional Center system. Just prior to joining Creative Solutions for Hope, Alexandra worked on the administrative team as a behavior consultant of an agency serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Alexandra’s current professional goals include becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and teaching at the university level.

Alexandra graduated from Humboldt State University and received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She is currently working toward obtaining her masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Purdue Global University. During her free time, Alexandra enjoys creative writing and musical activities.

Desiree Tardy, B.S.

Desiree Tardy is Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for for overseeing and developing our clinical departments through evaluations and supervision. Desiree also does She has experience in developing and implementing behavioral intervention programs, 1:1 therapy, parent training and consultations, and company wide staff training and supportShe has recieved comphresensive training in analyzing behaviors with an Applied Behavior Analysis lens. Desiree is dedicated in providing the exceptional resources for her clients and providing an exceptional experience the client and their families.

Desiree graduated from Capella University and received her MS in Applied Behavior AnalysisDesiree also obtained a BS in Healthcare Management in 2023 and is working towards becoming a BCBA.  During free time, she likes to hike and computer video games.

Kevin Chanda, B.A.

Case Manager | San Diego

Kevin is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope where he partners closely with therapists and BCBAs to deliver high-quality, effective and compassionate care for clients and their families.  He is passionate about blending individualized learning goals into naturalistic play-based environments, supporting children and young adults ages 3-21 across home, school, and community settings.   

A lifelong San Diego native, Kevin earned his B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside in 2004.  Guided by a deep commitment to growth and excellence in the field, he is actively working toward becoming a BCBA by the end of 2026.  Known for his energy, creativity, and collaborative spirit, Kevin brings both heart and strategy to everything he does.   

Outside of work, Kevin is always planning the next adventure with his wife and their three boys, drawing inspiration from family life to fuel his dedication to helping others thrive.

Stephanie Penuela is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope, where she provides dedicated, compassionate support to clients, families, and therapists. She plays a key role in overseeing program progress, collaborating on individualized intervention strategies, and mentoring therapists to ensure high quality care and meaningful outcomes.
With over seven years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, Stephanie specializes in parent collaboration and therapist training. She believes that true progress happens when families feel supported, heard, and empowered. Her approach combines evidence-based practices with patience, consistency, and genuine care.
 Stephanie earned her Master’s Degree in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and is currently pursuing her Board-Certified Behavior Analyst certification. She is deeply committed to helping children build skills that increase independence, confidence, and joy in everyday life.
 Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with their dog, Bella. She values balance, connection, and brings positive energy into everything she does.

Ariana Roberts, M.S.

Case Manager | Orange County

Ariana Roberts is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. She is responsible for assessing clients’ needs, developing and monitoring treatment plans, and evaluating progress to ensure clients receive effective and individualized care. Ariana also collaborates with families, supervises implementation of treatment plans, and supports staff working directly with clients. She has experience working with individuals of all ages in clinic, home, and school settings. Ariana is passionate about supporting individuals with developmental and behavioral needs and helping families access meaningful and effective services.
Ariana graduated from California Baptist University and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She later earned her Master’s Degree in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. She is currently pursuing certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) while completing a certificate in Special Education Law and Advocacy from the University of San Diego. During her free time, she likes to spend time with her husband and children.

She received a master’s degree in education from Cambridge College with an emphasis in Autism Specialist. She has been working in the field of ABA since 2012. Rosalyn has experience working in both Early Intervention and in ABA and has experience working with children and adults ages birth to 22 years old diagnosed with developmental delays and ASD. She is currently working towards becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). During free time, Rosalyn enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

Terryl Richey, B.A.

Terryl Richey is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. He is responsible for overseeing sessions, creating, and developing, individualized service plans, supervising therapists, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of sessions for clients and caregivers, and supporting the generalization of skills learned in therapy into everyday environments with caregivers. He also contributes to administrative support, program development, and ongoing client follow-up. Terryl has experience in training incoming staff, providing hands-on guidance, modeling practices, and supporting their professional development. He also has experience in communication, maintaining strong communication with caregivers through regular updates, collaboration, and support. He continues to analyze data to track client progress and collaborates with his BCBA to make treatment decisions and guide therapists in effective behavior management strategies to support positive outcomes. Terryl is currently working toward graduating with his master’s degree and later becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to further expand themselves in the field.

Terryl graduated from California State University, San Bernardino and received his bachelor’s degree in child and adolescent Development, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Terryl is currently attending Arizona State University and will be graduating in the spring. During free time, Terryl enjoys reading and traveling.
