Amanda Moon, M.S.

Case Manager | Orange County

Amanda Moon is case manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. Amanda provides services for children diagnosed with autism and other related disorders. She is responsible for collaborating with therapists, parents, and BCBA’s to ensure the most effective treatment for her clients. She has experience developing and implementing 1:1 therapy, parent consultations and therapists training. Amanda has over 15 years experience working with children and 6 years working in the field of ABA.

 

Amanda graduated in 2007 from California Polytechnic University with her BA in psychology. In 2022, she completed her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University and is preparing for the BCBA exam. When she isn’t working with children you can find her horseback riding or learning about quantum physics.

Rita Caballero, M.S.

Case Manager | Orange County

Rita Caballero is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. She started in the field in 2018, and obtained her masters of science in applied behavior analysis (ABA) in 2020. She has experience working with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and picture exchange communication systems (PECS). She has worked with a wide range of ages from one year through adulthood. Her current role is in providing direct training to therapists, implementing and training others to implement behavior reduction plans, and providing parent consultation. She works closely with her BCBA supervisors to make modifications to treatment plans and is currently pursing her goal of becoming a BCBA.

Alexandra Bowman, B.S.

Case Manager | San Diego

Alexandra Bowman is Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. She has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for six years. As a Case Manager, she is responsible for working directly with families, training staff, overseeing progress of clients and ensuring an excellent quality of service for all parties involved. She graduated from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) with a B.S in Psychology with an emphasis in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience. In October 2022, she was accepted to a masters program to pursue an M.A in Special Education from Arizona State University in the pursuit sitting for her BCBA exam. Alexandra is committed, knowledgeable and passionate about the work she does.

Jorge Herrera, M.S.

Case Manager | San Diego

Jorge Herrera is a case manager at Creative Solutions for Hope. He started as a Behavior Therapist in 2020 and was inspired to pursue a career in ABA. Jorge is responsible for addressing clients’ care by assessing treatment needs, developing and evaluating treatment plans, monitoring client progress, conducting parent consultations, and monitoring staff performance. Jorge has experience working with people that present with ASD and other developmental disorders ranging from ages 3-21 years old in home and clinic settings. He graduated in 2016 from California State University San Marcos with a Bachelors in Psychology. Jorge also received a Master’s degree in Psychology from National University in 2019 and completed a graduate level certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology in 2023. Jorge is currently working towards becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. In his free time, Jorge enjoys heavy weight training, playing video games, and experimenting in the kitchen.

Xyrine
Co-Untian, M.S.

Case Manager | San Diego

Xyrine is a Case Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope.  Xyrine started as an RBT in 2019, learning and growing more passionately with every kid she works with. Her experiences include implementation of ABA from early intervention to early teens in various settings with varying levels of target behaviors. Additionally, Xyrine has experience as a Case Manager for a clinic’s Behavioral Health Department, where she collaborated with a team of health professionals to provide care coordination and support to individuals and their families. Xyrine completed her Master of Science in ABA from National University in April 2023. She is now working on completing her fieldwork hours in preparation for the BCBA exam. As a Case Manager, Xyrine aims to ensure that her clients receive the support and resources they need. She brings with her ideas and skills to teach target behaviors in the natural environment, incorporating fun-filled activities such as play, arts and crafts, music, etc. while creating individualized programs and session structures. Lastly, she collaborates with client’s family member(s), the CSH team, school, and other stakeholders to develop behavior plans that meet the client’s and the family’s needs, and readily celebrates any progress made, big or small.
