Here at Creative Solutions we specialize in providing hope for a better tomorrow, one family at a time.  With our trained and friendly staff, to our customized programs, CSH offers a variety of services to meet the needs of the “whole” child.  Creative Solution’s Early Intervention program is offered to meet the needs of our youngest clients entering the treatment process with global concerns.  Often times, our youngest clients (0-3 years of age) are not meeting their developmental milestones, and parents have concerns regarding areas such as Language, Behavior, Motor development, and or Daily Living skills.  Our Early Intervention program provides a comprehensive approach to assessing, and treating the child in all areas of development.

The CSH Early Intervention Program offers the following services to clients 0-3 years old.

  • Global services (OT, SLP, ABA collaborative approach)
  • Individual SLP consults
  • Individual OT consults
  • Individual Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA’s)
  • Individual Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services

Lindsey Kenney (Occupational Therapist)

Lindsey is an occupational therapist who has been working with students with a variety of needs from the beginning of her career.  She is registered through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy and holds a California state license.  Lindsey graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Child Development from California Polytechnic University. After graduation, and a bit of traveling, she began working as an instructional assistant in an Applied Behavior Analysis specific classroom in the Newport Mesa School District.  As the lead assistant in the classroom, she learned different techniques to help increase school success.  Along with the ABA strategies embedded in the classroom, the occupational therapists brought sensory strategies and fine motor skills learning to increase student’s success.  Lindsey soon found herself studying Occupational Therapy at the University of Southern California.  After graduating with her Master’s of Occupational Therapy, Lindsey has worked as an occupational therapist for Irvine Unified School District, in an Autism specific program.  Currently she works as a part time therapist the County of Orange with patients who have physical disabilities and does private therapy.  She is happily married to a hero and has two very active little boys, enjoys being outside, and is part of a wonderful community church.

Andreane Gaulin (Speech and Language Pathologist)

Andréane  is a speech-language pathologist holding a certificate of clinical competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) and a California license in speech-language pathology. She is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

This double certification allows her to integrate behavior analytic techniques during speech therapy sessions.  She uses tools from each field to maximize the results of therapy. Behavior analytic knowledge is used to teach communication as well as manage problem behaviors that may be present, such as non-compliance, stereotypies, aggression, or self-injury.  Andrea specializes in providing speech-language therapy for children who present with such challenging behaviors.  Behavioral approaches to communication include functional communication and verbal behavior.

Andrea also has a native proficiency in French and English and can provide culturally appropriate treatment and evaluation in both languages.
